  The location of this apartment could not have been better! The subway was only a couple of minutes away and taxis were easy to get when we weren’t walking. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very pretty. The one bathroom had a double sink which was so helpful. The woman who met us when we arrived was so helpful and she checked with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

  Our family loved staying in this large and very comfortable apartment. I think we all go over our jet lag so much better here than we would have in a hotel. It is centraly located but so quiet at night. The woman who met us at the apartment was so helpful and I wish I could remember her name.   We had a wonderful stay in Paris prior to hitting a cruise out of Barcelona. The rooms accommodated our group of 5 and we could have comfortably had more. Lisa and Patricia were very gracious hosts and helped with all of our questions. The place is about a 5min walk to the Arc and an easy 20min walk to the shopping on the Champs Elysee. An Uber ride for our group of 5 was never more than 13min away either. I would highly recommend staying here and if we are able to visit again we certainly will as well.

  Four adults and 3 teenagers stayed here for a 5 day vacation. It had plenty of space for all including a nice big dining room table as we love to play cards in the evening. Kitchen was well appointed and we cooked dinner one night instead of going out although we found plenty of great eating spots in the neighborhood. Super easy access to metro and direct bus to the airport. Easy check in and communication with owner. Would def. stay again.

  The location of the house is very good. When you go out, you can see the Arc de Triomphe directly on the street. It will take 5 minutes to walk. It is also very convenient to go to the Eiffel Tower. It is a minute to go right after the train station; the facilities of the room are very good. Perfect, washing machine and kitchen supplies are complete, it is a good recommendation to choose accommodation in Paris!   Best place to stay in Paris, couldn’t find a space with better value if you tried. We went with 3 couples and two babies and never felt crowded once. The apartment is open and airy, beautiful old world glamour with modern updates and furnishings. Beatrice was able to supply 2 pack and plays for our little ones too! The metro stop on line 1 is right outside the front door and gets you to all the big stops in minutes. Between Beatrice and her property manager Patricia, we had recommendations for eating, shopping, morning coffee and pastries and more.

  This is a great apartment for families, and its Parisian style makes you feel like a local. There were 5 of us, and there was plenty of room. The apartment is clean, and the location can't be beaten! The front door is literally steps from the Metro station, and there are great restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and shopping nearby. There were also taxis waiting just outside the apartment if navigating the Metro isn't for you. The check-in process was easy, and Patricia was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived. We were able to walk to some great restaurants and bakeries in the neighbourhood(Le Hide, Cafe d'Angel, Graindorge) and the Metro stop is just outside the front door.(Port Maillot).   First of all Paris was amazing! This apartment exceded our expectations. It was very clean and surprisingly huge which was a nice extra because I'd always heard that Paris hotel rooms and apartments had small rooms. 7 of us shared 2 bathrooms which worked great because these bathrooms are not close to each other so we had privacy. Location was perfect and easy to see all the sights from and we were able to get to the subway metro in just a few minutes. This was a moms only trip and I will stay here again when I bring my family back to surprise our twin daughters who are turning 16 next year! Ashly was great when we got to the apartment and Lisa was so patient with all of our groups emails and calls to her. We changed our dates 3 times and she was as sweet from our first email to her as she was in our last.

  Booked this apartment and overall more than met our expectations. Very old Parisian in style huge rooms and decor suited the style of the apt with lovely chandeliers etc in the lounge & dining rooms, Balcony overlooking the main street etc. The apt was lovely bright and clean, lots of room for all of us (5 ladies) the bedroom layout was a bit strange with 3 rooms near each other the the 4th single room way at the other end of the apt. but the rooms were all comfortable and linen etc clean.we were comfortable and felt we had our own space. Location perfect a nice walk along the Grand Armee to the Arc de Triomphe and right next to the metro, rail lines and buses. The owners of the apt left a nice list of restaurants - we tried a couple and both were excellent. facilities perfect for a holiday, washing machine, dish washer etc and some basic essentials in the cupboard (tea, coffee etc) would recommend this as a a great apt for a family or a group of friends. A lot of lovely old pieces of wooden furniture all around the apt. I had no complaints at all with this booking. The company were helpful when I e mailed any questions etc to them.

  Spent four nights including New Year's Eve in this apartment. Perfect location, roomy enough for our party of six, facilities great and close to all the shops and restaurants you could possibly need. Owner extremely helpful.

  This place was PERFECT. We were in Paris for a trade show at the Palais, you could see it from the window, perfect location. Plenty of space, kid friendly, great location, safe. The management staff was great. Met us at the apartment with a tour and a gift. We opted to have a cleaner come on a regular basis, he was wonderful. Hope to be back in Paris and stay here again.

  We thought the apartment was well appointed and in a perfect place to explore Paris. We are frequent visitors and this was a perfect place for two couples ..
  Unfortunately, the strike by Air France kept us from reaching Paris the first day of our visit so we lost over $500 that day and no one offered to help us out .. So .. Buy insurance because it is a lovely apartment ..

  Overall, we were very happy with the spacious apartment - beautiful high-ceilinged rooms, great old-fashioned doors and windows, beautiful apartment dating back to the 18th century. Building and lobby also beautiful. Location was particularly busy and noisy on the Ave. de le Grande Armee, which was quite different from our previous experience seven years before in the more-residential 7th arrondissement. Other pluses: very near Metro, many brasseries, restaurants and boulangeries to choose from. Easy walk to several attractions. Asha, the property manager, was very helpful, friendly and responsive.

  The location is fantastic. The manager is also very nice with very minimum interruption . You just need to step down in the street to find all kind of coffee shops. Very close to Champs and Metro is 10 meters away. This is the good side. The other side is that the Apt is very old. The flooring makes sound when walking and with kids with me running around sounds makes neighbors complain . tV set is out dated , but who needs tv in Paris!!!. It clean and worth the experiment for large family as it is value for money.
