Rare House on Beautiful Parisian Pedestrian Street

This spacious three bedroom home is located on a calm, quaint pedestrian street near the trendy Butte aux Cailles district. The area has the feel of a village within the city and is the perfect location for those who want a truly Parisian experience.

This beautiful two-story house has three bedrooms upstairs, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the dining area and the living room. The backyard, a rare find in Paris, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee!

The house is two stories and has three bedrooms upstairs. All three bedrooms have queen size beds and there is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well. There are two additional single mattresses, which are available and can be used in the living room. This means that up to 10 guests can enjoy the house at one time. We have two bathrooms as well as one toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to the garden. The dining room and living room are spacious and can easily accommodate at least 6-10 people. The house has three levels. Guests will have access to the entire house and garden, excluding the basement.

  We could not be more pleased with our choice to stay in this beautiful house. Easy to get around via the metro and uber and it was large enough to accomodate 9 of us. We had a great dinner out in the garden one night and will always remember the fun we had. We recommend this house highly.

  We find Melanie apartment really lovely and perfect for our family. The apartment is very charming, well equipped and in a nice quiet road. It is also close to all central Paris attraction but without being in the touristic area. We also find nice restaurants at walking distance. We will definitely recommend the place for families.

  This was our first time renting a house and we loved every minute of it. It had everything our family needed, we were so comfortable and even had our breakfast outside in the lovely garden. From the minute I inquired until we checked out, Lisa and Patricia made sure we were happy and all of our needs were met.
