Elegant Montmartre Loft 22

This recently renovated and modern, two-floor apartment is found in a most charming building located in the historic 9th arrondissement. The amenities and location are superb. With a luxurious separate tub/shower, air conditioning throughout and functional kitchen, the apartment is a rare find! The home is family-owned and operated. Positive energy and love are evident the moment you walk in the door.

The apartment has approximately 900 square feet of living space, a classic deep tub, new appliances, fresh linens and large windows to bring in the sunshine. The apartment comfortably sleeps 2 people (queen bed for 2 guests in the loft) with a dining area for 2 as well. Situated on the right bank, this lovely building is on a very quiet street while close to two metro stations for convenience. Every guest is personally greeted upon arrival. The queen-size bed can be split into two twin beds upon request.

The 9th arrondissement is framed to the north by Montmartre (a quick 5 minutes walk away) as well as by the 2nd and 8th arrondissements in the very center of the city. Essentially nothing is off limits when staying in this Parisian neighborhood. The historic Opera House is in the 9th and the famous Sacre Coeur Basilica is a short walk. Also worth a visit is the famous Moulin Rouge, less than 5 minutes away. Shopping is easily accessed at the historic Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps, both also located in the 9th arrondissement. The area provides endless options for fashion lovers, food lovers, restaurant lovers and those seeking vibrant nightlife.

There is high speed Internet connection and television with international channels. Also provided are basic toiletries and kitchen items. This apartment is on the 3rd floor (US) and can be reserved with other apartments in the building for larger groups upon request. There is no lift however, this apartment is very easy to navigate.

  The location of Le Victor was very convenient. It is located on a quiet street in Montmartre while being very close to the Pigalle Metro stop. Our apartment was clean with pleasant decor and the bed was very comfortable. The manager Gaspard was very helpful and eager to be of assistance.
