Ideally located, this charming apartment is in the heart of Paris and surrounded by the most beautiful Parisian monuments. You are just a 5 minute walk from Jardins des Tuileries, Place Vendôme, and a mere 10 minutes to the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette.

Authentic local cafes, restaurants, shops surround the apartment and being only 2 streets away from rue de Rivoli and la Concorde, assures that you are close to everything and can circulate easily throughout all Paris has to offer.

Conveniently there are 2 metro stops nearby which are Pyramid Metro Station (3-minute walk) or Tuileries Metro Station (5-minute walk). A short distance to the Seine means you have easy access to the beautiful water boat tours operating day and night. Enjoy the sites by day and return to your luxurious and quiet apartment by night.

This elegant 1 bedroom with loft apartment is in an 18th century building and there are a long list of amenities and can assure you that we have just what every traveler needs and expects. The apartment is on the second floor (3rd by American standards) and boasts an 11ft (3.75m) high ceilings with gorgeous original wood beams, parquet flooring, fire place, modern fully equipped kitchen and a big combined living /dining room space. This “Old World Feel” 18th century apartment with beautiful views can accommodate up to 4 people and is amazingly quiet!

  Fantastic location, central to everything cosy apartment. We were right in the heart of all the things we wanted to see. Out the door was the Lourve, Concorde and the Musee D'Orsay etc all within a 10 min walk. Trains were easily accessible and just up at opera was the Roissy airport bus, which was easy and quick to use. We enjoyed the week we stayed in Paris, the apartment is clean, close and secure. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment as a great base to stay for a visit to Paris, it would suit a group with people able to climb up to the loft beds. You have everything you need at the apartment, all the amenities you could want. It was great to self cater on occasion and to take day trips out of the city. You are just around the corner from the original Angelina's too. Thank you, Patricia, for the smooth meet up and thank you to Alexandra for your lovely apartment.   We just loved this darling apartment! Besides being beautiful, it had all that we needed and the washer dryer was helpful. The area was full of restaurants and it only took us about five minutes to walk to the Louvre. I highly recommend this apartment.

  This apartment is very French in appearence but still had modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and there was enough hot water which didn't happy to us the last time we were in Paris and stayed in a hotel. We will be back. Patricia greeted us warmly and answered all of our questions. We will stay here again next time we come to visit our daughter at school.

  Location of this apartment is fantastic! Just a few minute walk to the Louvre and a short walk to the Musée d’ Orsay, the Seine river, restaurants and shopping. It’s a little longer walk to Notre Dame and St Chapelle, but doable. The building is very secure and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. The owners daughter met us there and went through all the details of the place with us upon our arrival. It was a great place for our family to stay.

  We were traveling with a 3 year old and a 10 month old and we had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. Location was great that we could walk to many attractions like the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens and Place Vendome. Nearest Metro station is Pyramides (Line 14) but also near enough to walk to Line 1 (Palais Royal). Upon request prior the trip, they provided a pack and play crib for the baby which made all the difference for us. Traveling with young kids and having access to a washing machine was also much appreciated. The stairs to the loft beds is steep for the young kids so we didn't use it. The loft doesn't have standing room, so grown ups will need to crawl to the beds. But the bedroom was cozy enough for the 4 of us to sleep in, so it worked out for us. Enquiries and the booking process with Lisa was easy and smooth. She gave detailed and clear instructions prior the stay. Upon arrival in Paris, communication with Patricia was straightforward and with ease. I would recommend this apartment with confidence.

  Great location. Good for a family with small children as the loft is better suited to small children or teens. We were 3 women over 60 and the ladder into the loft is a bit steep and just 2 mattresses on the floor. Unable to stand up in the loft so not a place to hang out.
